UX Designer at ABN AMRO โ Currently working as a User Experience Designer at the ABN AMRO bank in the Netherlands.
Freelancing โ Designing digital products that match between all stakeholders involved. My work has to solve users' problems and at the same time fit within a company's vision. I always try to step out of my comfort zone and try new things to come to a valuable solution.
During the design process, I listen carefully to all the stakeholders involved to identify problems, needs, and possibilities. By quickly designing, validating, and iterating, I ensure that the design process remains efficient and effective. This results in a properly designed solution.
I'm also not afraid of a piece of code. For example, I built this website from scratch myself.
For as long as I can remember I have been active in the field of design. In the past, these were things like building self-made lego structures from scratch. A little later on my tenth birthday, I got my first camera. That's when my love for photography arose and always has remained. When I was twelve I built my first website. With an online web builder, but I loved it! I thought the freedom that came with creating things online was cool! A little later during my high school years, I taught myself how I could build a website with HTML and CSS.
After high school, I started studying Communication and Multimedia Design at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. During my time as a student, I found out that User Experience Design is my thing. I find it very interesting how digital products improve the lives of users. I am inspired by products that contribute so much to a user's life that they can no longer live without it. During my time as a student, I was able to further specialize as a User Experience Designer, and now I'm graduated.
